Ford von Lancaster is a stunning 5-year-old long haired German Shepherd.  He was turned into the shelter when his family lost their home.  We can only imagine the grief the family felt when they left their beautiful, sweet boy there.  Ford is easily one of the most handsome dogs we have had with us.  He spent a few days with our volunteer who reports that he was a wonderful guest.  He got along well with her dogs, both large and small.  Ford has lived with cats in his prior home.  He settles nicely in the house, and loves car rides.  Ford is a big boy, and although he currently needs to lose a few pounds (okay maybe more than a few!) he should still be approximately 90 lbs plus.  Ford has a wonderful attitude, and a real zest for life.  Our volunteer loved having him at the house, in fact she even christened him "McDreamy." Ford is the total package.  Hurry, this charmer won't last long!
